License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital images and other content (“Licensed Content”) purchased or downloaded from this website (“Platform”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Licensed Content, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the content.

1. Grant of License

Upon full payment (where applicable), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Licensed Content under the terms below.

Depending on the license type (see Section 2), the use may include personal, editorial, or limited commercial rights.

You do not acquire ownership or copyright over the Licensed Content.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated or separately licensed, you are allowed to:

1. Use the Licensed Content for personal or non-commercial purposes
2. Use the content in commercial projects such as websites, advertising, social media, digital art, and products (e.g., posters, merch), provided the content is not sold or redistributed as-is

4. Intellectual Property and AI Generation Disclaimer

The Licensed Content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we make reasonable efforts to avoid reproducing existing copyrighted works, we do not guarantee that the generated content is unique or free from resemblance to existing works.

We retain any assignable intellectual property rights, if applicable. You agree that all use is at your own legal risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, especially in commercial or public-facing contexts.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Licensed Content.

We reserve the right to revoke or amend the license at any time for legal or policy reasons.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

All Licensed Content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Licensed Content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Your use is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [insert applicable EU country, e.g., Netherlands, Estonia, Germany]. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

8. Changes to License Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Licensed Content after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
