1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days

- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received confirmation that you have deleted/destroyed the digital content
2. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if:
- You have expressly consented to the beginning of performance before the end of the 14-day period, AND
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins

Before completing your purchase, you must:
- Acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content
- Expressly consent to immediate delivery/access
- Acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access begins
- Confirm you understand the consequences of your consent
If you do not provide express consent, you maintain your 14-day withdrawal right.
3. Technical Issues & Defective Products
3.1 Non-Conforming Digital Content
Under Regulation (EU) 2019/770, if digital content does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to:
- Remedy (repair or replacement) at no cost
- Price reduction if remedy is impossible or disproportionate
- Full refund if the above remedies fail
3.2 Technical Support
If you experience technical issues:
- Contact us within 2 years of purchase (legal guarantee period)
- We will investigate and provide appropriate remedy
- No time limit for reporting defects that existed at time of delivery
